BIOME was invited to speak at the webinar organised by CUTS International (Consumer Unity & Trust Society). CUTS began its journey in 1983 in Rajasthan, from a rural development communication initiative, a wall newspaper Gram Gadar (Village Revolution).
This year World Water Day which falls on 22nd March is being celebrated across the globe under the theme ‘Groundwater - Making the Invisible Visible’ to celebrate water and raise awareness of the two billion people currently living without access to safe water. A core focus of World Water Day is to inspire action toward Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 6: Water and Sanitation for All by 2030.
CUTS having been actively involved in sustainable activities to promote global well-being, intends to join hands with the global community and celebrate this day by hosting a webinar to generate discussion among key stakeholders on the theme.
