Leaders’ Quest is
a social enterprise that works with business, NGO and civil
society leaders to enhance their impact and in today’s fast-changing
world. Through experiential learning journeys (called ‘Quests’), they
bring together individuals from all walks of life to deepen their sense
of purpose and enhance personal impact.
LQ was leading a Quest for senior partners of a global bank in
Bangalore. They wanted to learn about the issue of water as part of
their journey in understanding Bangalore and relating
it to global complexities.
BIOME helped organize this visit on 17th May 2017 at Kaikondrahalli Lake. Mr Vishwanath and Shubha engaged with the group. It was a good engagement where both BIOME as well as the bankers shared experiences and learned from each other in an informal atmosphere
